Na Escola Técnica de Santos a luz penetra lá em cima, pelo alto, e depois

vem se refletindo por entre duas paredes de concreto, atravessa todo um

andar, e, finalmente, alcança o plano de estudos dos laboratórios, no andar

ainda mais abaixo.

É preciso um certo tempo para se descobrir esse caminho misterioso e

surpreendente, pois a luz surge por dentro, aos poucos, desenhando esse

encadeado de espaços que caracteriza o trabalho de Decio Tozzi.
